Moved code in Keydown to AfterUpdate.
Removed code in On exit - moved that line to end of new AfterUpdate code.
Added Count text box.

DatabaseMX- now I notice this database is leaving the numbers in the listbox after I hit the add button- do you have idea how I can stop that? or should I just open another question if i have to?
thank you-
