Cisco Call Manager Express - Phone "Unprovisioned"
Hi there
I have a 2901 router and 4 Cisco Phones (2 x 7942, 2 x 7962) in a Lab.
The retrieve their firmware fine but they boot up and say "unProvisioned"
If I go to the phone "Settings" > 6 >1 its looking for XMLDefault.cnf.xml
A debug of tftp events shows this (Example of 1 Phone)
Apr 27 21:28:09.075: TFTP: Looking for CTLSEP08173515756A.tlv

Its gets all its other files fine,
a show telephony-service tftp-bindings
Shows this
tftp-server system:/its/united_states/ 7960-tones .xml alias United_States/7960-tones.x ml

So you can see the files are being offered up.
the cnf files are being created, If i do this
CCME(config-telephony)#loa d 7962 term62.default.loads
LOAD COMMAND ERROR:cnf-file location system is not supported for creating automatic tftp bindings. Please use file location flash | slot0 | tftp OR create tftp bindings manually
Updating CNF files
CNF files update complete for phonetype(7962)
So the "Error" if not an error right? as the tftp bindings are there for the XMLDefault.cnf.xml anyway.
and XMLDefault.cnf.xml is correct (i think)
if I do this
more system:/its/vrf1/XMLDefaul t.cnf.xml
its contains these lines (which i think is right)
<ethernetPhonePort>2000</e thernetPho nePort>
<processNodeName>192.168.2 55.254</pr ocessNodeN ame>
<loadInformation434 model="Cisco IP Phone 7942">term42.default</load Informatio n434>
<loadInformation404 model="Cisco IP Phone 7962">term62.default</load Informatio n404>
Any ideas would be great.
I can provide other output if needed.
Thanks
