wireless stopped after update

I did an update on a Asus N71j Windows 7 64 bit and the wireless and stopped working.
Switch on the front does not turn it on.  FN+F2 does not turn it on.
Roll back hasn't help.
Driver update hasn't work.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

    1. go to desktop, network
    right click - properties
    check if it is trurned off or disabled...

    2. check windows programs and try to find a wireless application from Acer and check that application if it is disabled

    3. go to desktop, right click on my computer, manage
    go to device manager, and check wireless card is disabled. if it is, right click and enable
