I want to monitor all devices in my customers network from my office here. They have 1 public IP, and 3 servers, 2 switches, and 2 NAS devices. Since they have only one IP, how can i monitor all of their equipment using SNMP?

I would recommend ManageEngine OpManager.  I would install it on a machine on the local LAN, or on a machine that is VPNed into their local subnet.

Lots of features and alert settings.  I use them at many of my sites.
