Within a month or 2 we are moving from Windows XP to Windows 7. In this context we need a new remote assistance tool so we can connect to our users computers. Does any of you guys know a great tool for this?

Today we are running Windows XP, where we have UltraVNC installed on all our computers, which has work fine.

Dameware NT Utilities  is the best with endless remote management and access options !

for remote assistance only you will need the DW MRC (Mini Remote Control) part of it

you will need to have a local admin account or domain admin account for the targeted PC\PCS
