Hello experts,

A user in our Exchange 2003 needs to send emails more than 5MB size. But when he is trying such a message, he is getting a bounce message that he has exceeded the quota.

How to change the quota for sent items?

You want this to be enabled on all users.. In that case you can do it in organizational level

Open EMC > Global settings > message deleivery > property > default Tab you ca see the option

If you wna to do it user wise.. simple as follows

On ADUC(dsa.MSC) where EMC or Exchange installed search for user and open property page> exchange General > Storage limit.... increase as u required...
