Filtering GPO on RDC

Need to filter out the new GPO i have crweated for our new RDC 2008 server.  How do i filter domain admins and allow full access to the server (not apply the gpo)?

It oulines the registry entries for the startmenu items that you blocked.

Maybe you can reenable them by opening the registry editor.

still not filtering all settings.
eg. start menu still hidden from the new group...

Did the group policy was applied on these users before you excluded them?

There are some policies that are not removed if they are no longer being applied to the user you have to explicitly apply another group policy disabling the previous setting.
