Where is the log for outlook logon in Exchange 2010?
My outlook 2010 failed to connect to Exchange 2010.
It prompts below message after i input user name and password.
The action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
Where and how can i find the log related to logon issue from Exchange server?

Please try to run as (user), to make sure authentication process works well.
In windows 7, shift+ right click on ( notepad for example) and run as deferent user---> type your user name and password which you are logging on...
if you can authenticate, then your problem is most likly in exchange not AD.

I can find the log in DC and fixed the issue after reboot Exchange server.

Can you ping the exchange sevrer? Is the server online? Are you trying to connect using the correct server name (CAS array)?
