Exchange 2007 - Open Relay for sending emails from one application

Hi ,

I Have one application, I want send an emails to my venders through application.

I have given my Exchange server SMTP IP and Port, it was only relying local emails not out side emails.

Please suggest, how to create a new SMTP open relay connector which can relay only application server emails to outside.
