Generic Soap Error

I have a user that gets a Generic Soap Error, what is this and how do you fix it? (see pic)

You've left out the juiciest parts of this error.

It says "Connection <something>"

It's also a socket exception.

The docs for that error describe it as, "Thrown to indicate that there is an error in the underlying protocol, such as a TCP error."

Does it say Connection Refused, or Connection Timed Out, or Connection Failed? or something else?

Do you have other users who successfully interact with the server/service?  Are they using the same client software?  Are they on the same net/subnet?

Does that "View Details" button actually show you any details?
