Backup and Restore in SQLSERVER 2005

hi

Can you please tell me how to restore the backfile to another datbase.

I have 3 SQLSERVER 2005 databases(prod,dev,test)

i want to take the  bakeup of prod databse and restore to test and dev.

Can you please help me out.

backups are failing here can you help me out..-please find the error in the attachement

For those of yhou that cannot open links here is the text from the attachment:
The backup of full-text catalog 'oncd_activity_note' is not permitted because it is not online. Check errorlog file for the reason that full-text catalog becomes offline and bring it online. Or BACKUP can be performed by using the FILEGROUP or FILE clauses to restrict the selection to include only online data.
