how can I access a remote session that I started at home

I started a windows session at home (defragmenting the exchange file) and now I'm at another site and I'm trying to reconnect to that session but I can't

I know the defragmentation process is still running but I would like to get connected

How do I connect to that session?

    You can remote to the server go to task manager then select User tab right-click session you can then take over session from here
