Outlook 2010 - Change font color in the text that is inserted when i Reply to an email

I am using Outlook 2010 and I want to change the color of the text in the "reply" area of the email i am replying to.  For example:

This is the email message bla bla bla [AxeTracks] this is my reply which is inserted by outlook in the body of the orginal email

i want to change the color of the text in the reply

    Well, in case the link doesn't work one day, here are the instructions for archival purposes here on E-E...

    File > Options > Mail (left-side nav) > Stationery and Fonts button (on right panel). Here you can change the font face, color, size, etc. for New Mail Messages and Replying or Forwarding Messages.
