I may have answered my own question here, but it would appear that I have a secondary IDE connection that is a PHYSICAL drive and that appears to be whats preventing the snapshot. Can anyone verify this for me?

You are correct. I disconnected the passthrough disk and took the machine down and it would in fact take the snapshot. Thank you.

I am trying to take a snapshot of a VM that I have and I keep getting errors stating that it cant complete.
