Disable Send capability on all mailboxes on single server

Hello,

I need to disable send ability on all mailboxes on one exchange server. Is there any power shell command for this?

We have a remote site with an exchange server and we don’t want to allow any user to send emails.

Thanks.

Disable send capacity is not really an option.
You can do this by setting incredible low storage quotas , by exemple :
Notifications : 1ko
Send : 2ko

You really do not want users to send emails ? Internally and Externally ?

seb_acker - yes, we really do not want users to send emails. (compliance reason)

Auric1983 - We are using Ex 2007. With what setting should I creat hub transport?

Also, is there any way that we can also make these mailboxes in READ-ONLY mode. We do not want users to delete or export any mailbox items.
