windows 2008 Server , Internet connection load balancing and failover

We have 4 WAN connections in office , One is DSL , CABLE , Fiber and USD WiFI
How we can loadbalance and failover in windows 2008 server ? No connection have static IP We can install 4 ethernet cards in server. Please help us on urgent baisis .
