Cant change exchange signature

We had an exchange signature set up through Code2 for our customer service distribution group.
We had to make signature changes and decided to have them create a custom signature through outlook.  After doing this, when they sent an email from  the customer service email who is a member of the customer service group from their outlook they got two signatures.  One was their new outlook signature and one was there old customer service signature.  I Deleted the customer service signature out of code 2 to bypass it all together and I cleared the custom attribute fields and phone, fax, website, in the exchange properties of the customer service email.  Some portions of the signature are still showing.  I cleared the website but it is still showing.  The name of the email is customer service and that will not clear.  How can I make it that when the clients send from the customer service email account in there outlook; they only send there outlook created signature and not anything being pushed from the server.

What version of Codetwo and Exchange are you running?

Try restarting your transport service.

If you modify the template being applied and remove the placeholders, then data from Active Directory should not be applied to the signature.

Codetwo 2010 1.1.10.0, Exchange 2010
I restarted the transport service and that did not fix it
I removed the whole group from codetwo that was attached to the signature.  
Is that what you mean by the place holder?

The placeholder I meant was actually for each field (name, phone number, etc) inside the template that you designed or used for populating the signatures.

I have deleted all of the place holders except for Name.  When I delete name and send from customerservice, I get a failed delivery bounce back.  When I put customer service back in the name field, it delivers.  It seems stuck somewhere.

I attempted to create a completely blank page in code2 for customerservice in hopes that it would blank out all of the old sig info.  It did not, It seems to have not affected it at all

I have not as far as I know,  I will have to wait until My manager is in before I rollout anything to exchange.  Thank you and I will let you know if this fixes my issue.
