PLESK mail server lIsted on http://www.senderbase.org

Hi Experts,

I'm running PLESK 9.5.2 on windows 2008 R2 64bit  and one hosting site with a dedicated IP has listed on http://www.senderbase.org now that web site is preventing sending emails to some other domains.

Daily Magnitude 2.0
Monthly Magnitude 0.86
SBRS Poor

Can you please advise me how to over come this situation step by step ??

SBRS Poor = A problematic level of threat activity has been observed from your IP address or domain. Your email or Web traffic is likely to be filtered or blocked*.
And you will have to do what they want you to to improve your "reputation"
http://www.senderbase.org/help/blocked

You were either hacked or one of your subscribers is sending a lot of spam.  You need to find out which and, if it is a subscriber, block them internally.  You might also be able to end run the trouble at senderbase by then changing the ip address of your server.
