2003 R2 DC to 2008 DC Server Upgrade

Hello,

I am planning on upgrading my 2003 R2 DC Server and 2003 R2 backup DC to 2008 Server this weekend. Does anybody have any advice or step by step guide? I know that there are guides out there, but i trust Experts-Exchange more.
