height of my hover color on my menu?

On my site here

the horizontal menu hover color is a bit short...I need to make it extend the height of the menu.

Can someone help me get this please?

Try changing the css in your template.css from
.art-menu li:hover {
    z-index: 10000;
    white-space: normal;

.art-menu li:hover {
    z-index: 10000;
    white-space: normal;
    background-color: #383063;
    height: 36px;
