Free/Busy Doesn't Show On Exch2010 in Coexist Environment

We are running Exchange 2003 & 2010 in a coexist environment. I have a couple users I moved over as guinee pigs, and now they cannot see other user's Free/Busy information.  What's really weird is that the 2010 users can see the Conference Rooms setup on the Exchange 2003 server, just not user free/busy.

What do I need to do to populate the Exchange 2003 Free/Busy info on my Exchange 2010 server?

Need to have a public folder replica on Exchange 2010

Ok but where do I set that up? I don't see it in the MMC, just an option to configure the replication interval, not the actual db it replicates to. I've looked through the Public Folder Managment Console as well.

Have you created a public folder database yet?
