No, there is nothng wtch can show me that there is a troubleshoot. CPU, nic and process are fine. when i ping some devices on my wan it is fne again and the ping raech at less than 13 ms. But only the application is slow (very slow). When one user notices the slowess, every over user have the same notfication, but users who do not use the application feel nothng.

There is 3 months i m working in a entreprise as netork admin. And i have great problem with an application on 4d server. Our users (40) experienced slowess connexion everyday. I ahve 1 server 2003 r2 sp3 (quad core 2,7 ghz, 600 go DD, 4 go RAM) &nbsp;with 4d server 2004 . In the LAN, the users (15 users ) use 4dclient to connect to the 4dserver. In the wan user use citrix (w ahve 2 citrix presentation 4 on 2003 server) . But every days during 2 or 3 hours, the connexion is very slow on the LAN and the WAN users.<br />
Can some one give me help ?<br />
