custom color schemes for outlook 2010

What ways/methods (purchased software?) do we have to change from the drab 3 built-in color schemes for Outlook 2010?

    You can change the color along here:

    In an open item, click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Editor Options at the bottom of the window.
    Click Popular, and then click the Color scheme that you want.

    dont think you can find an add in for more it seems like it is a shortcoming of the program..will look into it and let you know!

    i went to microsoft's website and found the link myself.  it refers to 2007 and not to 2010.  what a shame.  it looks like i'm not the only one unhappy with the 3 available colors!

    what a gold mind for a company to write a color changing program for 2010.

    can't change color schemes as of 7/5/11.  shame.
