Go to START >> Click Run and type:
services.msc

Open in new window

and click <OK>, go to Windows Firewall and double click, then go to Logon tab, make sure Local Account type is LOCAL ACCOUNT as shown in image below:

Okay I did that and I could start windows firewall again yeah, however my RDP stop working outside
but the RDP work inside my firewall

You now need to configure your windows 7 firewall to allow port 3389 (RDP). So configure your windows 7 firewall settings.

Here's a shortcut, goto start menu and in the "Search programs and file box" type the following exactly as indicated here.

You should see the firewall options above in your menu, select it and configure a new rule under inbound settings to allow incoming port 3389.
