.xlsx issue on moss 2007 doc library

Dear Friends,
On a single document library only,
when .xlsx is clicked it flashes the below screen shot error.
everyting works fine for .xls though.
Please note we are not using Excel Services at all.
also, it was working till yesterday & nothing new has been done at any level & also it opens perfectly in any other document library.

well, this is sorted out.
the issue was a do lib setting:
Opening browser-enabled documents
Display as a Web page

Right choice is:
Open in the client application
