axWindowsMediaPlayer component and Windows 7

(Remark: I would like answers only from experienced expertise not instant google links. thanks)
When I try to run My winform app in Windows 7,I got errors with forms that has the axWindowsMediaPlayer component .
The error is  0x80040154 "Class not registered" see attached screen image.
After closing the program,I got a message that  flash.osx is missing.
The build is x86.
How can I solve this problem?

Questions:

1) What type of application are you using?

2) What version of Windows Media Player are you using?

3) Is this 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7?

4) How is all this being used?
