Windows Application for Testing Functionality of other Window Application

I'm looking for an application that will allow you to Create a pattern of keystrokes or mouse clicks on a different application. Here's the situation. If I am developing a large Window Forms project or an webpage and I make several changes, I want to make sure I don't screw something else up somewhere in the code. When I do an initial record of a sequence of events, instead of manually running back through all the functionality of the program or webpage, I'd like to run the macro/pattern to see if everthing still works.
