Citrix Error
We just added a new app to our server for a few people to use. Everything works fine for 3 of the 4 users who have access to the app but the 4th gets the following error each time they run it.
[App name] failed to start.
The Citrix server is unable to process your request to start this published application. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.
Any ideas why this 1 app for this 1 user is generating an error?

2 servers, app only published on one. The other is at a DR site and is only used in a failover scenario.
I saw this article but am not sure exactly where to go to check this...
Check Client Mappings on the ICA-Listener port and on the user properties to determine if the workstation is having mapping compatibility issues connecting to the server:
Citrix Connection Configuration > ICA-TCP > Client Settings

i disabled the client mappings but still got the same error
Did you do the next 3 steps:
Try testing from different workstations to determine if issue is workstation specific.
If the issue still persists, test using RDP. Run the application as an initial program and perform the same tests with Client Mappings.
Test with other applications to ensure that the issue is not application specific.

I did which just lead me to figure out what happened. The app is just one executable and was "installed" to the desktop of the admin account. When i moved that to the root of the drive it launched right away. Thanks for point me in the right direction.
