asp.net radio button pop out jquery

Hi,

I have 2 radiobuttons called

rdb1 and rdb2 with groupname="Com"

What I want to do is have a jquery popout box  if rdb1 is clicked and in the popout have a textbox and submit button.

Please help

You need to link the jquery.js library to use the following code. The code opens a dialog box if the hyperlink is clicked. You can replace the hyperlink with a radio button.
