Calibri Bold Office Excel not printing correctly and missing letters.

I have a print server with 110 printers, server 2008.

All printing works, except when a user tries to print using hte default Excel font of Calibri and bold letters on Windows XP.

Windows 7/vista and Apple computers work fine.  Using backup print server, prints fine.

I've reinstalled the Calibri bold font on the server and no change.

Please help, I can't go on vacation till this problem is fixed.

I didn't need a font cleaner, I reinstalled the fonts and then deleted the font cache, rebooted and works now.
