Thanks for the response. The items in the list will be filtered so there will be maybe up to 100 items listed at a time. Maybe even less. I was more referencing how much items a list would be able to store before I would see some serious performance issues or any other problems but 30 million is a lot.<br />

In SharePoint 2010 is there a recommended max number of items MS recommends for a list? I am working on a list which can quickly contain maybe 2000 - 3000 items. Is that to much?<br />
