How can I setup a VirtualHost DocumentRoot to Serve from an IP only?

I believe it should look something like this, any ideas?

<VirtualHost 10.0.0.1:80>
    ServerAdmin webmaster@dummy-host.example.com
    DocumentRoot /www/docs/dummy-host.example.com
    ServerName 10.0.0.1
    ErrorLog logs/dummy-host.example.com-error_log
    CustomLog logs/dummy-host.example.com-access_log common
</VirtualHost>
