When using Copy To My Calendar in Outlook calendar, the appointment copies over, but the subject is blank.

Using:
Windows 7 64-bit
Outlook 2010 (Exchange 2010 server in background.)

The user has a group/shared calendar that they have in the public folder store.   When they enter an appointment on the group calendar and select "Copy To My Calendar" in the Outlook ribbon the appointment copies over to thier personal calendar successfully but the subject is blank.  All other data fields are correctly copied.   Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

what is your Outlook 2010 build version?

I just now tried with both the "Public folder calendar" and "PST calendar" and both the appointments are getting copied back to the calendar folder of the user without any issues

Note: 14.0.4760.1000 (32-bit)

Where is the "personal calendar"
You are talking about the default calendar @ Mailbox correct?

I ran updates on Exchange 2010.   I didn't realize that we had not run Service Pack 1 on the Exchange Server.   Before running SP1, I ran rollup #5 and while it didn't fix the problem immediately, at some point over the weekend it did start behaving correctly and the issue is resolved.  I'm running SP1 now and I assume that too would have fixed this problem.   My bad - I should have caught that I didn't have the latest updates/patches!!

I'm accepting my own solution, as the problem was a lack of patches.  An oversight on my part, that I caught.  I have award points to the only other person who responded out of courtesy as they were attempting to help.
