You've an hidden row with the class : jqgfirstrow
I understand you want to select the first visible row.
You may use : $(".jqgfirstrow","#list5").next("tr").click()

Why two questions in the same thread? It would be great to create a new one...
A fast answer :

(in your outside function you check value of global_variable_loadComplete)
beforeRequest : function() {
   global_variable_loadComplete = false;
},
loadComplete : function() {
   global_variable_loadComplete = true;
}
