SharePoint 2010 Rating Customisation

Hi,

I am using share point  2010 "Rating feature".
 
But unfortunately, the out of box Rating does give only avarage of all rating made.
 
I have requirement for showing rating made by "per User".

I mean ....

When suppose 5  users rated same item, and timer service has run,then it will show  sum of all 5 users divided by 5=average of all of them.

So i need to find way out that it should show all user rating as well as individual rating.
