Problem using different jquery versions

Hello experts.
I want to use the jqmodal plugin (:http://dev.iceburg.net/jquery/jqModal/index.php#etc) with jquery-1.4.4.min.js
The problem i have is with  example 3 - c. view (notice)
On my popup window is not working the resize function(i don't have any js error)
(i test this with 1.2.6 version and it is working)

Have you tried removing the @ symbols? I believe it is a deprecated character in jQuery

I don't know wich symbols i have to remove so there is a danger to make this worst than it is.
attached all the testfiles so that you can test this local too.

Here some news.
1.I have to remove the dimensions.js plug in because it has been included in the core library.

2.for the resize plugin there is a fix here:
 http://code.google.com/p/roundcube-plugins/source/browse/trunk/plugins/compose_addressbook/jqmodal/jqDnR.js?spec=svn28&r=28.

The only problem now is the positioning of the pop up.
i get this on the top of the window and a part of the po up is hidden.

Any help

I solved the problems.
