    This is posible.
    There are a few considerations.

    1) You need to use windows 2008 RTM because of the 32bits version
    2) No more then 4 GB for exchange 2003
    3) THere could be some problems when the forest & domain functional levels are set to high

    Accepted Solution

Exchange 2003 is not supported insalled on a Windows 2008 server.  It must be Windows 2003.

Other than that Windows 2008 Domain Controllers are supported.

If you have ever installed Exchange 2007 or 2010 first then even if you have un-installed them you can't do a later install of Exchange 2003.
