This link simply allows you to synch contact information (name, phone, address) with your personal contacts in Outlook/Outlook Web Access.  It does not provide the full range of information such as business activiities with the customer and so on that BCM can provide

so our perception of exposing BCM on web is not possible., Actually we need to expose the BCM data thru some UI , can you provide some idea ..... will be obliged for that

Our main motive is to access BCM database remotely. Is there anyway to do that?

We maintain a small MS Outlook 2010 Business Contact Manager (BCM) database on a local computer. We need to share this database through the web with our sales and marketing staff. Support is needed to set-up the first few web-based users, including configuring our server (Ann Arbor, Michigan) and several other computers that will each have MS Outlook 2010 Professional Plus with Business Contact Manager installed. We are not sure whether we need MS Server or other software to eventually allow about 15 people to access the BCM online. Some assistance setting-up the profiles and authorizations in the database would also be helpful. We just don't have the networking experience to get this system working in a web-based environment. We already own some domains and websites that could serve as a portal for the shared database, if that makes sense. Thanks.
