Outlook 2007 Hosted Exchange
Hi,
I have a computer running Windows 7 and Office 2007. I am trying to setup a new outlook profile and it is not connecting to the server. I know it is my computer and something with the setup since i loaded my profile on two other machines without a problem. Are there setting i need to check? What else could be causing this issue just on my computer?
Called Mailstreet they tried troubleshooting by adding a hotfix and making sure my computer was up to date. All checked out fine.

Try changing the authentication method in outlook profile to BASIC
Restart the Exchange autodiscover service and then reopen the outlook.
If still the same issue reinstall the Outlook. It will get sorted out.
In addition to what the others have said, go to File, is there a check mark next to "Work Offline"? If so, remove it.

1) authentication method in outlook profile is already set to BASIC
2) Exchange autodiscover service?? Is that something Mailstreet needs to do?

Try reinstalling the Outlook as it has resolved the issue earlier for me.
