acessing a network just for one site

My work don't allow to acess outsite sites i mean facebook or gotomypc  ,Can i buy
a wireless device and cofigure it so that i can get acess of website gotomypc without using there network just using same laptop?

    Get a card from Verizon, ATT, or Sprint so that you can go over their cell networks.

    You can find out if you network configuration uses proxy, in this case you can try to bypass it. Depends on many things.

    when you say over there network you mean i can buy wireless stick and acess gotomypc without
    interfering with there network is there any speacial setting i have to do it i am using win xp

    As sshah254 suggested, you get a 3G card (or 3G-WIFI adapter, or other means) to access an outside network.  That will work.  However, if your work IT department finds out (and they can fairly easily), you will probably get fired and get a bad reference in the future.  You would be creating a major security hole in their network.  Most corporations block those ports for a reason.

    I would live with the situation, or find another job.

    ok what abt using another laptop and using wireless stick in these ways i will not be using there network as ppl do use ipad and iphones too?
