Migrated exchange 2003 to 2010, 2010 can receive messages but cannot send. When I check the Queues I recieve the error 400 4.4.7 Message delayed. DNS does not seem to be the issue. I can do telnet tests on port 25 by name to SMTP hosts on the internet.

Have you configured send connector on new server?

Are you trying to send to a user on the Ex2k3 server or external?

Do you have a BES server?

There are some security changes BES required for it to work on Exchange 2003, that can break Ex 2010 to Ex 2003 delivery.
