    Assisted Solution

cpan utility does not offer this but you could use cpanplus instead, .

    Assisted Solution

    1. in site_perl directory (/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl or /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl) do this

    find . -name .packlist

    2. open up packlist from directlry with the cpan module you want to delete

    3. delete all files mentioned in .packlist, packlist itself and directory that contains it IF it is empty.
