for example i want to block a site name abc.com
always i enter in the denied domain name set :

*.abc.com/*
abc.com*
abc.com
abc.com/*
what should i choose between them ??

As above, you choose based on the requirement. Your example cited blocking abc.com completely so i have responded with:
To block abc.com would require a domain set with two entries:
abc.com
*.abc.com
