CCR/SCR DR query

Hi

I'm looking at simulating the following DR setup in my lab:

Prod site:

One CCR cluster (2 nodes)
Prod1
Prod2
CMS is named CCRMBX

DR Site:
DR1
DR2

One SCR cluster (2 nodes)

I've been following the great instructions here:

 http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/high-availability-recovery/clustered-continuous-replication-failover-standby-continuous-replication-part2.html

The aim of my test is to completely failover the CCR cluster from the prod to DR site, and recreate a 2 node CCR cluster in DR.

I did have some queries -

1. In the article, there is mention of only configuring one SCR server in the DR site, do we not need to configure both as SCR targets so that each node has the most current information? Or does the fact that both DR1 and DR2 were installed with the Exchange 2007 Passive node already take care of that?

2. Once I fail over the CMS to DR1, is there anything special I need to do to configure DR2 as its replication partner?

3. Once I fail over, let's say I wanted to set up the original nodes as SCR targets (Prod1 and Prod2) , how would I do that?

4. In people's experience, if I wanted to fail over the CCR cluster to a backup location, is the best way to follow the below steps?

i. Set up DR1/DR2 as a cluster and install the Passive Node
ii. Set up DR1 as an SCR target for the SG's
iii. Fail over CMS to DR1
iv. Replication will automatically continue between DR1 and DR2, there is no need for re-seeding etc, so this should be pretty instantenous?

You cannot use SCR for an automatical failover

You would need to create your CCR cluster across sites (requires 2008)
