Visio - Key shortcut to resize an object using the arrow keys?

In MS Access and MS Excel, I can change the width or the height on an object by pressing the Shift key and then pressing one of the four arrow keys.  This is a terrific feature.  It allows me to easily increase or decrease the size of an object by one grid unit.  Accomplishing the same thing with the mouse can be an exercise in frustration.  It would be great I had the same ability in MS Visio.  Unfortunately, Shift + an arrow key just moves the object.  I've also tried Ctrl + Arrow, Alt + Arrow, Ctrl + Shift + Arrow, ... etc.  None work.  So, is it possible to resize objects in Visio using the arrow keys?  If so, how is it done?

I'm assuming you're using the latest version of Visio. Look at this link for your options to resize object within Visio 2010. Let me know if I can help further.
