Debugger: unable to see values of my variables

This is a screen shot of what I see in XC4 Debugger... It only shows the pointer and not the ASCII value.  How do I fix this? Showing output from debugger

try to use po result in the console. XCode 4 is far from finished product and shows Summary Unavailable very often
