I have a question about setting up an NTP server on my domain. If I go through the steps of making the appropriate registry changes to configure my DC as a Time Server on my Domain should I also configure it in my DHCP settings?

, there is no need to.

The Windows clients will automatically get their time from the PDC Emulator
