Thinstation on Foxconn Nettop-N270

I'm trying to load Thinstation via PXE on Foxconn Nettop-N270 (http://www.foxconnchannel.com/product/Barebones/N270/index.html), but it hangs at around half the progress bar.

Has anyone tried to load Thinstation successfully on that hardware? Did you use some special settings or drivers? If yes, which ones?

Thank you.

Update: Debugging revealed the following:

DHCP server not found! Network not initialized.
This error has probably occured because you haven't got the correct module loaded for your network card.
Debug not enabled, boot halted.
The system is going dowm NOW !!
Sending SIGTERM to all processes.
Sending SIGKILL to all processes.
The system is halted.
System halted.

The client hardware has a RealTek network card. I use an automatic build at http://www.thinstation.org/TSoM/ which has:
8139too — RealTek RTL-8139 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter support. VERY
8139cp — RealTek RTL-8139 C+ PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter support
But including them doesn't change anything.

Any advice on other OS beside Thinstation?

Should've also selected:
r8101      Realtek 8101 Gigabit Ethernet support
r8168      Realtek 8168 Gigabit Ethernet support
r8169      Realtek 8169 Gigabit Ethernet support (v. 6.011)
