How do i important account history into Microsoft Business Contact Manager 2010

I'm moving my data from Salesforce to Business Contact Manager (BCM) 2010, and cannot find any way to import account history (phone calls, meeting notes etc.) into BCM.  Furthermore, if you try and add the information manually, the record defaults to the system date , and there doesn't seem to be any way to change this (other than changing the system date before each new record).  Any help would be much appreciated.
