Backup Failure

We are having a issue all of a sudden with our Symantec System Recovery 2010.
If I try doing a Full or just a file backup, We are running a Win2008 SBS Server- I get this error: Snapshot error %1.
--Error EBAB03F1: Unspecified error.

    Check Windows Event Logs for errors, especially VSS

    The issue was caused by a file that was not deleted. The event logs did not help.
